NZ4 uygulaması kapsamında işlenen kişisel veriler, veri sorumlusu tarafından 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve ilgili mevzuata uygun şekilde işlenir.
2. İşlenen Veriler
NZ4; e-posta, kullanıcı ID, profil adı, sınıf/seviye, ders ve konu tercihleri, soru çözme geçmişi, yanlış sorular, XP/puan, rozet, deneme sınavı kayıtları, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, uygulama sürümü, Firebase ID, IP adresi, giriş logları, App Check kayıtları, erişim engeli kayıtları, reklam/kredi kayıtları, destek ve geri bildirim verilerini işleyebilir.
3. İşleme Amaçları
Veriler; hesap yönetimi, eğitim özelliklerinin sunulması, öğrenme deneyiminin kişiselleştirilmesi, AI destekli soru üretimi, kalite denetimi, hata ayıklama, performans izleme, sistem güvenliği, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, IP/cihaz/e-posta/bölge bazlı erişim denetimi, reklam/kredi işlemleri ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi için işlenebilir.
4. Yapay Zeka Destekli İçerik
NZ4 platformunda yer alan soru ve içeriklerin tamamı veya bir kısmı yapay zeka destekli sistemler kullanılarak oluşturulabilir, düzenlenebilir, denetlenebilir veya geliştirilebilir. Sorular eğitim amaçlıdır ve resmi kurumlar tarafından hazırlanmış sınav soruları değildir.
5. Resmi Kurum Beyanı
NZ4; MEB, ÖSYM, EGM, Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı, MYK veya benzeri herhangi bir resmi kurumun resmi uygulaması değildir. Uygulamadaki sınav, konu ve soru içerikleri eğitim ve pratik amacıyla sunulur.
6. Üçüncü Taraf Servisler
NZ4; Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase App Check, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Mobile Ads ve AI sağlayıcı servislerinden yararlanabilir. Bu servisler uygulamanın çalışması, güvenliği, bildirimleri, reklam/kredi işlemleri ve AI özellikleri için veri işleyebilir.
7. Saklama ve Silme
Veriler hizmetin sunulması, güvenlik ve yasal gereklilikler için gerekli süre boyunca saklanabilir. Hesap veya veri silme taleplerinde, yasal saklama gereklilikleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla ilgili veriler silinir, anonimleştirilir veya erişim dışı bırakılır.
8. Haklarınız
Kullanıcılar verileri hakkında bilgi alma, düzeltme, silme, itiraz etme ve ilgili mevzuatta tanınan diğer haklarını kullanma hakkına sahiptir.
9. Başvuru ve İletişim
KVKK kapsamındaki taleplerinizi (bilgi alma, düzeltme, silme, itiraz) aşağıdaki adrese iletebilirsiniz. Talepler ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süreler içinde yanıtlanır.

NZ4 Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
1. Data Controller

Personal data processed within the NZ4 application is handled by the data controller in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation.
2. Data Processed
NZ4 may process email address, user ID, profile name, grade/level, subject and topic preferences, question-solving history, incorrect answers, XP/points, badges, practice exam records, device and app information, app version, Firebase ID, IP address, sign-in logs, App Check records, access restriction records, ad/credit records, and support and feedback data.
3. Purposes of Processing
Data may be processed for account management, provision of educational features, personalisation of the learning experience, AI-assisted question generation, quality review, debugging, performance monitoring, system security, prevention of abuse, IP/device/email/region-based access control, ad and credit operations, and fulfilment of legal obligations.
4. AI-Assisted Content
All or part of the questions and content on the NZ4 platform may be created, edited, reviewed or improved using AI-assisted systems. Questions are for educational purposes and are not examination questions prepared by official institutions.
5. Statement on Official Institutions
NZ4 is not the official application of MEB, ÖSYM, EGM, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, MYK or any similar official institution. The exam, topic and question content in the app is provided for educational and practice purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
NZ4 may use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase App Check, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Mobile Ads and AI provider services. These services may process data for the operation, security, notifications, ad/credit operations and AI features of the app.
7. Retention and Deletion
Data may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security and meet legal requirements. Upon an account or data deletion request, and subject to legal retention requirements, the relevant data is deleted, anonymised or placed out of access.
8. Your Rights
Users have the right to obtain information about their data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and exercise other rights recognised by applicable legislation.
9. Applications and Contact
You may submit your KVKK requests (access, correction, deletion, objection) to the address below. Requests are answered within the periods required by applicable legislation.
