NZ4 Kullanım Koşulları
1. Kabul
NZ4 uygulamasını kullanan herkes bu kullanım koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılır.
2. Hizmetin Amacı
NZ4; eğitim, soru çözme, sınav hazırlık, konu tekrarı, AI destekli soru üretimi ve öğrenme takibi amaçlarıyla kullanılır.
3. Resmi Kurum Beyanı
NZ4; MEB, ÖSYM, EGM, Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı, MYK veya benzeri herhangi bir resmi kurumun resmi uygulaması değildir. Uygulamadaki sınav, konu ve soru içerikleri eğitim ve pratik amacıyla sunulur.
4. AI Destekli İçerikler
NZ4 platformunda yer alan soru ve içeriklerin tamamı veya bir kısmı yapay zeka destekli sistemler kullanılarak oluşturulabilir, düzenlenebilir, denetlenebilir veya geliştirilebilir. Sorular eğitim amaçlıdır ve resmi kurumlar tarafından hazırlanmış sınav soruları değildir. Hata, eksiklik veya güncel olmayan bilgi ihtimali bulunabilir.
5. Kullanıcı Sorumluluğu
Kullanıcılar uygulamadaki içerikleri resmi kaynakların yerine geçen kesin bilgi olarak kabul etmemelidir. Resmi sınav, başvuru, mevzuat ve duyurular için ilgili resmi kurum kaynakları takip edilmelidir.
6. Hesap Güvenliği ve Erişim Kısıtlaması
Şüpheli kullanım, kural ihlali, hile, otomasyon veya güvenlik riski tespit edilirse hesap, e-posta, cihaz, IP veya bölge bazlı erişim kısıtlaması uygulanabilir.
7. Yasaklı Kullanımlar
Sistemi bozmak, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmak, otomatik istek göndermek, başkasının hesabına izinsiz erişmek, içerikleri izinsiz kopyalamak veya yasalara aykırı kullanmak yasaktır.
8. Sorumluluk Sınırı
NZ4 içeriklerin doğruluğu ve güncelliği için özen gösterir; ancak resmi veya kesin sonuç garantisi vermez.
9. Abonelikler
NZ4, reklamsız kullanım ve ek özellikler için isteğe bağlı Premium ve VIP aylık abonelikleri sunar. Satın alma, yenileme, iptal ve iade işlemleri Google Play Faturalandırma üzerinden yürür; güncel fiyat satın alma ekranında ve Google Play mağaza sayfasında gösterilir. Abonelik, iptal edilmediği sürece dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir ve iptal Google Play hesabı üzerinden yapılır.

NZ4 Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
Anyone using the NZ4 application is deemed to have accepted these terms of use.
2. Purpose of the Service
NZ4 is used for education, question solving, exam preparation, topic revision, AI-assisted question generation and learning progress tracking.
3. Statement on Official Institutions
NZ4 is not the official application of MEB, ÖSYM, EGM, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, MYK or any similar official institution. The exam, topic and question content in the app is provided for educational and practice purposes.
4. AI-Assisted Content
All or part of the questions and content on the NZ4 platform may be created, edited, reviewed or improved using AI-assisted systems. Questions are for educational purposes and are not examination questions prepared by official institutions. Errors, omissions or out-of-date information are possible.
5. User Responsibility
Users should not treat the content in the app as definitive information replacing official sources. For official examinations, applications, legislation and announcements, the relevant official institution sources should be followed.
6. Account Security and Access Restriction
If suspicious use, rule violation, cheating, automation or a security risk is detected, access may be restricted based on account, email, device, IP or region.
7. Prohibited Uses
Disrupting the system, circumventing security measures, sending automated requests, accessing another person's account without permission, copying content without permission, or any use contrary to law is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
NZ4 takes care over the accuracy and currency of its content; however it does not guarantee official or definitive results.
9. Subscriptions
NZ4 offers optional Premium and VIP monthly subscriptions for ad-free use and additional features. Purchase, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled through Google Play Billing; the current price is shown on the purchase screen and on the Google Play store listing. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically at the end of the period, and cancellation is performed through your Google Play account.
