NZ4 Hesap ve Veri Silme
1. Uygulama içinden silme
Kayıtlı kullanıcılar NZ4 uygulamasında Profil → Hesabı Sil adımını kullanarak hesabın ve ilişkili verilerin silinmesini doğrudan başlatabilir. Bu, en hızlı ve önerilen yöntemdir.
2. Web üzerinden talep
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, aşağıdaki e-posta adresine bu metni göndererek hesap ve veri silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz:

3. Silinen veriler
- Profil bilgileri ve kullanıcı kaydı
- Soru çözme geçmişi, yanlış sorular ve konu ilerlemesi
- XP/puan, rozetler, kelime çalışma ilerlemesi ve deneme sınavı kayıtları
- Kredi ve reklam hareketleri ile ilgili alt kayıtlar
- Bildirim tokenı ve bildirim tercihleri
4. Saklanabilecek veriler
Güvenlik, hile önleme, yasal yükümlülük, finansal kayıt, sistem denetimi veya kötüye kullanım incelemesi için gerekli teknik kayıtlar, ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanabilir. Bu kayıtlar mümkün olduğunda anonimleştirilir veya erişim kısıtlaması altında tutulur.
5. Misafir kullanıcılar
Misafir kullanıcılar kalıcı bir Google hesabına bağlı olmayabilir. Misafir oturumu ve cihaz bazlı demo verileri, uygulama kaldırıldığında veya sistem temizlik süreçlerinde silinebilir; ek silme talebi destek kanalı üzerinden iletilebilir.

NZ4 Account and Data Deletion
1. Deleting from within the app
Registered users can start deletion of their account and associated data directly via Profile → Delete Account in the NZ4 app. This is the fastest and recommended method.
2. Requesting via the web
If you cannot access the app, you may request account and data deletion by sending the following text to the email address below:

The email address associated with your account is required in order to process the request.
3. Data that is deleted
- Profile information and user record
- Question history, incorrect answers and topic progress
- XP/points, badges, vocabulary progress and practice exam records
- Credit and advertising transactions and related sub-records
- Notification token and notification preferences
4. Data that may be retained
Technical records required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, financial records, system auditing or abuse investigation may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Where possible, such records are anonymised or kept under restricted access.
5. Guest users
Guest users may not be linked to a permanent Google account. Guest sessions and device-based demo data may be removed when the app is uninstalled or during system cleanup processes; additional deletion requests can be sent through the support channel.
