NZ4 Gizlilik Politikası
1. Genel
NZ4; eğitim, soru çözme, sınav hazırlık, yapay zekâ destekli soru üretimi, yabancı kelime çalışması, düello (kullanıcılar arası yarışma) ve öğrenme takibi sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığınızda hangi verilerin işlendiğini, bu verilerin hangi amaçlarla kullanıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar.
2. İşlenen veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı kimliği (Firebase UID), profil adı ve fotoğrafı, Google ile oturum açma bilgileri.
- Profil ve eğitim bilgileri: doğum yılı veya yaş aralığı, ülke/bölge ve il bilgisi, sınıf düzeyi, sınav hazırlık tercihi, ders ve konu tercihleri, arayüz ve öğrenme dili tercihleri.
- Öğrenme verileri: çözülen sorular, doğru/yanlış cevaplar, konu ilerlemesi, XP/puan, rozetler, kelime çalışma ilerlemesi, deneme sınavı kayıtları.
- Yarışma verileri: düello kayıtları, düello puanları, derece (rating), lig puanları, seri (streak) bilgisi ve eşleşme kayıtları.
- Uygulama etkinliği: reklam ve kredi hareketleri, yapay zekâ soru üretim hakları, destek ve geri bildirim talepleri, son etkinlik zamanı.
- Cihaz ve teknik veriler: uygulama sürümü, bildirim (FCM) tokenı, App Check güvenlik sinyalleri, hata ve güvenlik kayıtları, IP adresi gibi teknik erişim kayıtları.
- Reklam verileri: reklam gösterilen kullanıcılarda Google Mobile Ads/AdMob tarafından reklam kimliği ve reklam etkileşim sinyalleri işlenebilir.
3. Kullanım amaçları
Veriler; hesap yönetimi, eğitim özelliklerinin sunulması, öğrenme deneyiminin kişiselleştirilmesi, soru ve konu önerileri, düello eşleştirmesi ve sıralamaların oluşturulması, yapay zekâ üretim kalitesinin denetlenmesi, hata ayıklama, performans izleme, güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, bildirim gönderimi, reklam/kredi işlemlerinin yürütülmesi ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla işlenir.
4. Çocukların gizliliği
NZ4 ilkokul düzeyinden itibaren kullanılabilen bir eğitim uygulamasıdır. 15 yaşından küçük kullanıcılara reklam gösterilmez. Yaş bilgisi bilinmeyen kullanıcılar da reklam açısından aynı korumalı grupta değerlendirilir; yani yaş doğrulanmadıkça reklam gösterilmez. Reklam gösterilmeyen kullanıcılar için reklam ağının çocuklara yönelik işleme bayrakları (COPPA / "çocuklara yönelik muamele") buna uygun şekilde ayarlanır.
5. Diğer kullanıcılara görünen veriler
NZ4'ün bazı özellikleri sosyaldir. Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca sizde kalmaz, diğer kullanıcılara görünür:
- Düellolar: Rakibiniz profil adınızı, varsa profil fotoğrafınızı, sınıf/seviye bilginizi, düello sırasındaki puanınızı ve derece (rating) bilginizi görebilir. Ülke bazlı düellolarda ülke bilginiz eşleştirme ve sıralama için kullanılır.
- Arkadaş davetleri: Düello daveti oluşturduğunuzda davet bağlantısı davet edenin adını içerir ve bu bağlantıyı uygulama dışında (ör. mesajlaşma uygulamaları) siz paylaşırsınız. Bağlantıya erişen herkes bu bilgiyi görebilir.
- Liderlik tabloları: Profil adınız, il bilginiz, sınıf düzeyiniz ve XP/puanınız liderlik tablolarında diğer kullanıcılara gösterilir. Liderlik tablosunda yer alma, uygulamayı kullanıp XP kazandıkça otomatik gerçekleşir ve her tabloda ilk 50 kullanıcı listelenir. Şu anda liderlik tablosunda görünmemeyi seçme (opt-out) imkânı bulunmamaktadır.
- Canlı oyun ve sınav odaları: Eşleştirme ve canlı oturumların çalışabilmesi için son etkinlik/çevrimiçi durum bilgisi işlenir.
Bu özelliklerde görünen ad, Google hesabınızdan veya profil kaydınızdan gelen profil adınızdır.
6. Üçüncü taraf servisler
NZ4 aşağıdaki hizmetlerden yararlanır ve bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında veri işleyebilir: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Storage, Firebase App Check, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Sign-In, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, Google Play Faturalandırma ve yapay zekâ sağlayıcı servisleri.
7. Reklamlar
NZ4, temel eğitim özelliklerini ücretsiz sunabilmek için reklam destekli kullanım seçenekleri içerebilir. Reklam gösterimi kullanıcının yaşına, uygulama ayarlarına ve ilgili mevzuata göre kısıtlanır (bkz. bölüm 4). Ödüllü reklam izlenmesi karşılığında uygulama içi kredi verilebilir.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılar: Reklam gösterilmeden önce Google'ın User Messaging Platform altyapısı üzerinden bir rıza mesajı sunulur. Rıza verilmediği sürece reklam gösterilmez. Verilen karar daha sonra uygulamadaki Profil → Reklam Gizlilik Seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirilebilir. Yaşı rıza yaşının altında olan veya yaşı bilinmeyen kullanıcılar korumalı grupta değerlendirilir; bu kullanıcılara kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmez.
8. Satın almalar ve abonelikler
NZ4, reklamsız kullanım ve ek özellikler için isteğe bağlı Premium ve VIP aylık abonelikleri sunar. Satın alma tamamen Google Play Faturalandırma üzerinden yürür.
- Ödeme bilgileriniz NZ4'e ULAŞMAZ. Kart numarası, banka veya ödeme aracı bilgileri Google tarafından işlenir; NZ4 bu verileri görmez, almaz ve saklamaz.
- NZ4'ün sakladığı satın alma verileri şunlarla sınırlıdır: abonelik türü (premium/vip), ürün kimliği, Google Play satın alma jetonu (purchase token), platform bilgisi ve abonelik bitiş tarihi.
- Satın alma jetonu, aboneliğin geçerliliğini doğrulamak için sunucu tarafında Google Play Developer API'ye gönderilir. Bu doğrulama, sahte satın alma girişimlerini önlemek içindir.
- Bu veriler yalnızca aboneliğinizin geçerliliğini belirlemek, reklamları kapatmak ve abonelik özelliklerini açmak için kullanılır.
- Abonelik iptali, yenileme ve iade işlemleri Google Play hesabınız üzerinden yönetilir.
- Ödeme veya abonelik bilgileriniz hiçbir zaman herkese açık şekilde gösterilmez; liderlik tabloları ve düellolarda görünmez (bkz. bölüm 5).
9. Bildirimler
Kullanıcı izin verdiğinde Firebase Cloud Messaging üzerinden bildirim gönderilebilir. Bildirim tokenı yalnızca bildirimleri iletmek ve bildirim tercihlerini yönetmek için kullanılır. Bildirim izni cihaz ayarlarından her zaman geri alınabilir.
10. Yapay zekâ içeriği
NZ4'te sunulan sorular, açıklamalar ve bazı yardımcı metinler yapay zekâ destekli sistemlerle üretilebilir. Bu içerikler eğitim amaçlıdır; resmî sınav, mevzuat, kurum duyurusu veya kesin uzman görüşü yerine geçmez. NZ4 yapay zekâ desteklidir; cevaplar hata içerebilir. NZ4 herhangi bir resmî kurumla bağlantılı değildir.
11. Veri paylaşımı
Veriler; uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli teknik hizmet sağlayıcılarla (Google/Firebase), reklam SDK'larıyla, yapay zekâ sağlayıcı servisleriyle ve yasal gereklilik hâlinde yetkili mercilerle paylaşılabilir. Kullanıcılar arası görünürlük için bkz. bölüm 5. NZ4 kullanıcı verilerini satmaz.
12. Güvenlik ve saklama
NZ4; Firebase App Check, Firestore güvenlik kuralları, yetkilendirme kontrolleri, yönetici denetimi ve hata/güvenlik kayıtları gibi önlemler kullanır. Veriler, hizmetin sunulması, güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve yasal gereklilikler için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır.
13. Hesap ve veri silme
Kullanıcılar uygulama içindeki Profil → Hesabı Sil adımından hesap ve ilişkili verilerin silinmesini başlatabilir. Ayrıntılar ve web üzerinden talep yöntemi için: Hesap ve Veri Silme. Yasal saklama gereklilikleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla ilgili veriler silinir, anonimleştirilir veya erişim dışı bırakılır.
14. Haklarınız
Kullanıcılar; verileri hakkında bilgi alma, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve ilgili mevzuatın (KVKK, GDPR vb.) tanıdığı diğer hakları kullanma hakkına sahiptir.

NZ4 Privacy Policy
1. Overview
NZ4 is a mobile application offering education, practice questions, exam preparation, AI-assisted question generation, vocabulary study, duels (user-versus-user contests) and learning progress tracking. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app, why it is processed, and what rights you have.
2. Data we process
- Account data: email address, user identifier (Firebase UID), profile name and photo, Google sign-in information.
- Profile and education data: birth year or age range, country/region and province, grade level, exam preparation preference, subject and topic preferences, interface and learning language preferences.
- Learning data: answered questions, correct/incorrect answers, topic progress, XP/points, badges, vocabulary progress, practice exam records.
- Competition data: duel records, duel scores, rating, league points, streaks and matchmaking records.
- App activity: ad and credit transactions, AI question generation entitlements, support and feedback requests, last activity time.
- Device and technical data: app version, push notification (FCM) token, App Check security signals, error and security logs, and technical access records such as IP address.
- Advertising data: for users who are shown ads, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob may process an advertising identifier and ad interaction signals.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed to manage accounts, provide educational features, personalise the learning experience, suggest questions and topics, run duel matchmaking and rankings, monitor AI generation quality, debug issues, monitor performance, ensure security and prevent abuse, deliver notifications, operate ad/credit functionality, and meet legal obligations.
4. Children's privacy
NZ4 is an educational app usable from primary school level upwards. Users under the age of 15 are not shown advertising. Users whose age is unknown are treated as part of the same protected group, meaning no ads are shown until age is established. For users who are not shown ads, the ad network's child-directed treatment flags (COPPA / tag for child-directed treatment) are set accordingly.
5. Data visible to other users
Some NZ4 features are social. The following information does not stay private to you; it is visible to other users:
- Duels: Your opponent can see your profile name, your profile photo (if any), your grade/level, your score during the duel and your rating. In country-based duels, your country is used for matchmaking and rankings.
- Friend invitations: When you create a duel invitation, the invite link contains the inviter's name, and you share that link outside the app (for example via messaging apps). Anyone who receives the link can see this information.
- Leaderboards: Your profile name, province, grade level and XP/points are shown to other users on leaderboards. Appearing on a leaderboard happens automatically as you earn XP by using the app, and each leaderboard lists the top 50 users. There is currently no option to opt out of appearing on leaderboards.
- Live play and exam rooms: Last activity/online status is processed so that matchmaking and live sessions can work.
The name shown in these features is your profile name, taken from your Google account or your profile record.
6. Third-party services
NZ4 relies on the following services, which may process data under their own privacy policies: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Storage, Firebase App Check, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Sign-In, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, Google Play Billing, and AI provider services.
7. Advertising
NZ4 may include ad-supported usage options so that core educational features can be offered free of charge. Ad delivery is restricted based on the user's age, app settings and applicable regulations (see section 4). In-app credits may be granted in return for watching rewarded ads.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: a consent message is presented via Google's User Messaging Platform before any ads are shown. No ads are shown unless consent is given. That decision can be changed later from Profile → Ad Privacy Options in the app. Users below the age of consent, or whose age is unknown, are treated as a protected group and are not shown personalised advertising.
8. Purchases and subscriptions
NZ4 offers optional Premium and VIP monthly subscriptions for ad-free use and additional features. Purchases are handled entirely through Google Play Billing.
- Your payment details never reach NZ4. Card numbers, bank details and payment instrument data are processed by Google; NZ4 does not see, receive or store them.
- The purchase data NZ4 stores is limited to: subscription tier (premium/vip), product identifier, the Google Play purchase token, platform, and subscription expiry date.
- The purchase token is sent server-side to the Google Play Developer API to verify that the subscription is valid. This verification exists to prevent fraudulent purchases.
- This data is used only to determine your subscription validity, disable ads and unlock subscription features.
- Cancellation, renewal and refunds are managed through your Google Play account.
- Your payment or subscription information is never displayed publicly; it does not appear on leaderboards or in duels (see section 5).
9. Notifications
With the user's permission, notifications may be delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging. The notification token is used solely to deliver notifications and manage notification preferences. Notification permission can be revoked at any time from device settings.
10. AI-generated content
Questions, explanations and some supporting text in NZ4 may be produced by AI-assisted systems. This content is for educational purposes and does not replace official examinations, legislation, institutional announcements or definitive expert advice. NZ4 is AI-assisted; answers may contain errors. NZ4 is not affiliated with any official institution.
11. Data sharing
Data may be shared with technical service providers required to operate the app (Google/Firebase), advertising SDKs, AI provider services, and with competent authorities where legally required. For visibility between users, see section 5. NZ4 does not sell user data.
12. Security and retention
NZ4 uses measures such as Firebase App Check, Firestore security rules, authorisation checks, administrative review, and error/security logging. Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with legal requirements.
13. Account and data deletion
Users can start deletion of their account and associated data from Profile → Delete Account in the app. For details and the web request method, see Account and Data Deletion. Subject to legal retention requirements, the relevant data is deleted, anonymised or placed out of access.
14. Your rights
Users have the right to obtain information about their data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and exercise other rights granted by applicable law (such as GDPR and Turkey's KVKK).
